Another quarter is coming. The question is whether you will define it or drift through it.

Get a fully customised strategic roadmap for your next 90 days. Built around your goals, your offers and the capacity you actually have.

Established service provider working at a laptop representing sustained marketing effort without a defined quarterly direction.

You are not short of things to do. You are short of a clear direction for what all of it is supposed to achieve.

The social media is going out. The content is being produced. The effort behind it is real and sustained. But at the end of most months something does not add up. The activity is there. The results are not consistently following it.

You post consistently but the content is not connected to a clear commercial goal. It is produced around availability rather than strategy. It goes out because it needs to go out rather than because it is part of a defined plan with a defined purpose.

The offers exist but the promotion of them is sporadic. When something needs promoting you promote it. When nothing is pressing you post general content and hope something connects. The promotional rhythm is reactive rather than planned and the results reflect that.

The messaging is there but it shifts depending on the week, the platform and whoever created the content last. There is no fixed direction for what the content is supposed to be communicating or what it is supposed to be moving the right people toward.

And the decisions about what to post, what to promote and where to focus keep being made week by week without a structure that connects them to anything. Every week starts with the same question. What should I post this week. And every week the answer is produced on instinct rather than drawn from a plan.

That is not a content problem. It is a direction problem. And a direction problem does not resolve itself by producing more content without a plan. It resolves when the next 90 days are defined with commercial intention before they begin.

What if you could see exactly what the next 90 days are supposed to achieve before they begin

The 90-Day Direction Plan is a fully customised strategic roadmap for your next quarter. Built specifically around your business, your offers, your content pillars and the capacity you actually have. Not a general strategy document. Not a template with your name on it. A structured, evidence-based plan that defines what your social media and marketing activity is supposed to achieve across the next 90 days and gives you and anyone who creates content for you a clear direction to work from.

The plan is delivered as a custom built Airtable base with a client-facing interface. Six pages that give you a complete strategic dashboard for the quarter. Your quarterly overview. Your monthly campaign view. Your weekly content direction. Your platform priorities. Your caption and graphic direction for every campaign. And your decision filter for when new ideas and opportunities arrive.

Every element of the plan is built from your direction session. The questionnaire establishes your goals, your offers, your pillars and your capacity before we speak. The 60-minute direction session is where the strategic decisions are made. And the roadmap is built from what the session confirms rather than from assumption.

The result is a quarter that has a defined purpose before it begins. Content that is connected to business goals before it is written. Promotion that is planned rather than reactive. And a decision filter that protects the plan from being abandoned the moment something more interesting appears.

How It Works

The 90-Day Direction Plan works in three steps.

01

Complete your questionnaire

Once payment is confirmed you will receive your pre-session questionnaire by email. This covers your business goals, your offers, your content pillars, your platform priorities and your capacity for the next quarter. Please ensure it is submitted no later than 48 hours before your scheduled direction session. That window gives me time to review your responses and prepare a thorough strategic picture of your business before we speak so the session starts from an accurate foundation rather than from scratch.

02

Your direction session

We meet for a focused 60-minute session. Because I have already reviewed your questionnaire before we speak the conversation is specific and decisive from the first minute. Your 90-day strategic focus, your three monthly priorities, your promotional rhythm, your messaging direction and your platform priorities are all confirmed in this session. Direction is agreed before a single element of the plan is built. Nothing in the roadmap is based on assumption.

03

You receive your roadmap

With the direction confirmed I build your custom 90-Day Direction Plan. Within ten working days of the direction session you receive your completed Airtable base with the client-facing interface ready to use. Your quarterly overview, monthly campaign view, weekly content direction, platform priorities, caption and graphic direction and decision filter are all populated and accessible via your shared interface link. Your PDF quarterly strategy summary is delivered alongside it. Your 45-day check-in email fires automatically at the halfway point of the quarter.

Every quarter without a defined direction has a cost

Every quarter without a defined direction has a cost that accumulates quietly across the 90 days.

Content that is not connected to a business goal keeps being produced on instinct. The posts that are quietly working get the same amount of time and attention as the posts that are producing nothing. What works keeps getting diluted because there is no structure to identify it and build on it deliberately. What does not work keeps getting repeated because there is no structured moment to look at it honestly.

Offers that are not planned into a promotional rhythm keep being promoted reactively. The right offer at the wrong time produces less than the same offer promoted with a planned build-up, a clear message and a defined window. Reactive promotion is not just less effective. It is more exhausting because every promotional decision has to be made from scratch under pressure.

Messaging that is not anchored to a defined quarterly focus keeps shifting. Different platforms pull it in different directions. Different weeks produce different content that sends different signals. The right people arrive and cannot quite connect the dots between what they see on one platform and what they find on another. The trust that should be building with every piece of content erodes quietly instead.

And the decisions about where to focus the effort keep being made without a structure to make them from. Every week the same questions. What should I post. What should I promote. Is this the right time for this offer. Without a defined plan those questions are answered on instinct every single time. The mental load of that accumulates across 90 days into a significant and unnecessary drain on the time and energy that should be going into the work itself.

A defined direction does not just make the content better. It makes the entire quarter lighter. The decisions are already made. The direction is already set. The effort goes into execution rather than into figuring out what to execute.

I do not approach social media strategy as a content creator. I approach it as a strategist with a background in professional investigation and quality assurance.

That background shapes how the 90-Day Direction Plan is built. Before I define a direction I look at what is actually there. Your questionnaire establishes your goals, your offers, your pillars and your capacity before the direction session begins. The session is a structured 60-minute conversation where the evidence gathered from your questionnaire is used to make real strategic decisions about what the next quarter is designed to achieve.

The plan that follows is not built on instinct or trend. It is built on what the evidence from your specific business shows about where the effort should be directed and what the activity should be producing.

The Four Pillars of Trust are my proprietary business framework. Consistency, Transparency, Accountability and Reliability. They inform how the direction plan is structured. Every element of the plan is designed to ensure that the content and promotional activity going out across the quarter is building trust consistently rather than generating activity without commercial direction.

I am trained in brand strategy, social media management and funnel strategy through Charlotte Wibberley CPD-accredited Certified Launch and Funnel Strategist programme, The Two Lauras Social Media Manager Toolkit and Paula Edwards' Advanced VA course.

I work with established service providers who hold themselves to high standards and expect the same from anyone they work with. If English is not your first language, if you have a learning difficulty or if you simply need things explained without jargon, that is not a barrier. The plan is structured to be clear, specific and accessible regardless of how you communicate best.

If you have any questions about whether this service is right for you before booking, contact me at [email protected] and I will come back to you before you commit.

Pre-session questionnaire and strategic review

Before the direction session begins I review your questionnaire responses in full. Your business goals, your offers, your content pillars, your platform priorities and your capacity for the next quarter. That review is what makes the 60-minute session specific and decisive rather than exploratory. By the time we speak the picture of your business is already clear and the session can focus entirely on making the strategic decisions rather than establishing the basics.

60-minute direction session

The direction session is where the quarter is defined. Your 90-day strategic focus, your three monthly priorities, your promotional rhythm, your messaging direction and your platform priorities are all agreed in this conversation. The session is structured and purposeful from the first minute because the strategic review has already been completed before we speak. You leave the session knowing the plan that follows will reflect your business accurately and completely.

Custom 90-Day Direction Plan Airtable base

Six backend tables built specifically for your business and populated from your direction session findings. Every element of the plan lives in one structured system. Your campaigns are linked to your offers. Your offers are linked to your pillars. Your weekly direction is linked to your campaigns and your pillars. The roadmap delivery date and your 45-day check-in date calculate automatically from your direction session date so nothing needs to be tracked manually.

Client-facing interface

Six pages that give you and anyone who creates content for you a complete strategic dashboard for the quarter. You access the interface via a shared link. You can view everything you need to work from the plan without seeing or needing the backend complexity.

The quarterly overview tells you what the quarter is designed to achieve before you look at anything else. The monthly campaign view shows your promotional activity across all three months in a clean scannable format. The weekly content direction gives you a strategic guide for all 13 weeks of the quarter. Strategic focus, pillar priority, audience need and call to action direction for every week. The platform priorities page tells you where to focus and how to show up on each platform. The caption and graphic direction page pulls through the strategic direction for every campaign. Pillar, audience need, message intent, caption direction and graphic direction so that whoever creates the content has everything they need without a separate brief. The decision filter page shows the three questions to ask before adding anything new to the plan.

PDF quarterly strategy summary

A professionally designed one-page summary of the quarterly strategy. Your 90-day focus, three monthly priorities, success criteria and decision filter in a format you can print and pin up or share with a VA without sending them access to the full Airtable base.

45-day mid-quarter check-in email

At the halfway point of the quarter you receive a structured check-in email with five specific questions. What has been followed. What has not. What needs adjusting. What is working better than expected. What needs to be deprioritised. The answers help you assess whether the plan is on track and whether anything needs adjusting before the final 45 days.

My Guarantee To You

Three commitments underpin every 90-Day Direction Plan I deliver.

The plan will be built on what is actually there. Your questionnaire and the direction session are what I build from. Every element of the roadmap is grounded in your specific goals, your specific offers, your specific pillars and the capacity you actually have. Nothing is assumed and nothing is based on a generic template applied to your situation.

The direction session will be purposeful and decisive. Because I have reviewed your questionnaire before we speak the 60-minute conversation starts from an accurate picture of your business. The session is used to make real strategic decisions about your next quarter rather than to establish basics that should have been covered in preparation. You leave the session knowing the plan being built reflects your business accurately.

The plan will be delivered within ten working days of the direction session. If anything prevents that I will contact you before the deadline not after it.

I cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes from having a defined quarterly direction. How the plan is executed is in your hands. The plan produced will be thorough, specific and built to the standard described on this page.

This service is non-refundable once the direction session has taken place. Once the session is complete the work of building the plan is underway. The time committed to your roadmap cannot be reallocated.

If you have any questions about whether this service is right for you before booking, contact me at [email protected] and I will come back to you before you commit.

Another Quarter Without Direction Has a Cost

Another quarter will begin. Content will go out. Offers will be promoted when they feel urgent. Decisions will be made on instinct about what to post, what to prioritise and where to focus. And at the end of it the same question will be sitting there. Did any of that actually move the business forward.

That pattern does not change without a deliberate decision to define the quarter before it begins. The content does not become more connected to business goals by accident. The promotion does not become more intentional without a defined promotional rhythm. The decisions do not become less draining without a structure to make them from.

Every quarter that passes without a defined direction is a quarter of effort that could have been more purposeful and more commercially connected than it was.

The 90-Day Direction Plan defines the quarter before it begins. Your goals, your offers, your content direction, your platform priorities and your promotional rhythm. All agreed, all documented and all accessible in one place before the first piece of content goes out.

I limit the number of 90-Day Direction Plans delivered at any one time. Each plan requires a thorough review of the questionnaire, a focused direction session and ten working days of careful planning and build work across six tables and a six-page client interface. That is a significant time commitment and the quality of every plan depends on that time being protected. This is a genuine capacity decision that protects the standard of every deliverable that leaves my desk.

If the thought of another reactive quarter has been sitting with you the plan will be here when you are ready. Capacity is limited at any one time so availability cannot always be guaranteed.

FAQ's

Is this just a social media strategy or does it cover the whole business?

The 90-Day Direction Plan is focused on your social media and marketing activity for the next quarter. It covers content strategy, offer promotion, messaging direction, platform priorities and capacity-based planning. It does not cover business operations, finances or areas outside of how your business shows up and promotes itself online. What it does is make that activity commercially intentional rather than reactive.

Do I need to have completed the Brand Alignment Audit first?

The audit is not a prerequisite but it does make the direction plan more accurate. The audit identifies what is working in your online presence and where the friction is. The direction plan then builds on that evidence rather than on your own assessment of where things stand. If you have not yet done the audit the plan is built from your questionnaire responses and the direction session. That is a thorough process but the plan produced from an audit first will be more specific and more evidence-based.

What happens if my business changes significantly during the quarter?

The decision filter built into the plan exists specifically for this. Three questions help you assess whether a new opportunity, a new idea or a change in direction fits the quarterly plan or whether it should wait. If something significant changes that affects the plan fundamentally reply to your check-in email and we will discuss what needs adjusting.

Will the Airtable base work if I do not currently use Airtable?

Yes. You receive a shared link to the client-facing interface which opens in any browser. You do not need an Airtable account to view and use the interface. If you want to use the Strategic Content Planner which is also built in Airtable you will need a free Airtable account but for the direction plan interface alone no account is required.

How much time will this require from me?

The questionnaire takes around 30 to 45 minutes to complete. The direction session is 60 minutes. After that the plan is built without any further input required from you until delivery. The 45-day check-in email requires around 15 minutes to reflect on and respond to. The ongoing use of the plan takes as long as you want it to. Most clients check it at the start of each week and at the beginning of each new campaign.

What if I want implementation support alongside the plan?

The 90-Day Direction Plan is a strategic planning service. Implementation is available through the Social Media Management service. The direction plan is often the natural precursor to Social Media Management. It defines the direction and then the management executes it. If you are considering both contact me at [email protected] before booking and we can discuss the right approach for your situation.
