Twelve and a half years of finding what is actually happening versus what appears to be happening, and eighteen months building systems and quality processes for a team supporting young adults with specific learning disabilities.

Much of that work involved vulnerable people including children and adults, and individuals who were mute and communicated using alternative aids. It required patience, adaptability, and the ability to communicate carefully regardless of the barrier in front of me.
I then spent eighteen months managing and supporting a team working with young adults with specific learning disabilities, introducing quality assurance processes and building structure where none previously existed.
That combination of rigorous investigation, genuine communication experience across every kind of barrier, and building workable structure from the ground up is exactly what I bring to every client.
